About RCS

Regenerations Counseling Services, Inc. began providing behavioral health services in 2012 to three Maryland counties (Baltimore, Charles, and Prince George’s counties).

Our Mission

Regenerations Counseling Services, Inc. (RCS) is a dynamic mental and behavioral health organization that provides individual, family, and group therapy as well as psychiatric services through our outpatient mental health center. We believe that holistic, quality service that encompasses all life domains is paramount. Our organization is committed to renewing and revitalizing consumers through strengths-based, culturally proficient service provision.

Our Vision

Our vision is to provide a seamless system of care that promotes family health and wellness through strengths based, service delivery. This will be accomplished through dynamic service delivery that recognizes the value of cultural diversity, individual and family strengths, and collaboration with collateral resources.

RCS is a comprehensive social and behavioral health care organization focused on the social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive growth and development of individuals and families. We believe that holistic intervention encompasses renewal, revitalization, and restoration of the client system.
